What cooling system does the display use? Does it need an air conditioner?

What is the difference between synchronous and asynchronous systems?
A synchronous system displays content in real time from a PC, ideal for live events. An asynchronous system stores content and can run independently without a continuous PC connection.
What’s the maximum distance between the sending and receiving cards?
The maximum distance is 100 meters using standard Ethernet cables. For longer distances, we recommend fiber optic connections, supporting up to 10 kilometers.
What is the control range for the LED display?
The control range depends on the screen size and pixel density. Our controllers can manage anything from small displays to massive video walls.

Who will install the display?
We offer installation services or provide detailed manuals and remote support if customers prefer self-installation.
How is the installation structure designed?

What is the warranty for LED displays?
Our displays come with a 2-5year warranty, depending on the product. We cover non-human damage repairs during the warranty period.

What kind of training do you provide?

What is the minimum order quantity?

What are the daily rates for on-site engineers for overseas projects?
It is USD 150 per person per day. This excludes the cost of tickets and accommodation from China to the installation site, which should be covered by the customer.
